We moved to Ocean Shores and started building beach homes in 2001. Our reputation for delivering quality homes, on time and at a fair price, spread quickly and we are now one of the preeminent beach home builders in the City. We strive to put quality and thoughtfulness into every aspect of our homes, from the location of the lot to the light fixtures. Our cottages have that cozy, beachy feel people expect at the coast.

We feel that it is important to utilize professional subcontractors at every step of the project. That is why we don't have a small list of employees, but rather, a select group of specialists who work on our homes. After all, would you want the same person who installed your roof installing your interior trim? Neither would we! And, we are proud to say that many of our subcontractors have been with us for several years. They know what we expect, and they are proud to say they've worked on our homes.
