Nobody can believe that this house is less than 1,000 s.f. At 992 s.f., this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home feels much larger, due mostly to the lack of hallways which maximizes the useable square footage. If entertaining friends and family is important, this is the cottage for you. Thoughtful features include:

• Expansive eat-in bar separating the kitchen and dining areas
  
• Large sliding glass door off of the dining area leading to a large deck, which can be completely covered (for an additional cost)
  
• Generous bathroom with a five foot vanity and a large linen cabinet

This plan is identical to Grandma's House with a few notable changes. First of all, we have turned the laundry area into a half bath, making the house 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths. This was done to provide for the addition of a single car garage, where we moved the washer/dryer. All features of Grandma's House are the same.
