All structural items per plans, to include I-Joist floor system with ¾" T&G OSB subflooring, OSB wall sheathing and roof sheathing. Roof sheathing to be rough sawn plywood at visible exposed overhangs.

Finish siding to be James Hardi Cedarmill pattern 8 ¼" (7" exposure) cementuous lap siding, or Hardi panel board-n-batten, depending on the house style. Exterior trim at windows, corner, and fascia to be primed spruce.

Finish roofing material to be 30-yr. Pabco architectural shingles.

All windows and sliding patio doors to be Certainteed brand.

Exterior door(s) will be Codel brand.

Two exterior light fixtures to be mounted at the front corners of home (where appropriate) or with can fixtures for covered porches. One exterior light fixture adjacent to rear or side entry door.

Kitchen/dining area and hall area lighting to be can fixtures. Bathroom to have can light over tub and exhaust fan in addition to a bath bar style fixture over vanity. Bedroom light fixtures to be ceiling mounted.

Interior doors to be two panel.

Interior casing trim and base trim shall be builders standard painted trim. Windows openings shall be finished on the interior with drywall wrapped on 3 sides with a painted sill.

Tub/shower unit shall be a one piece white fiberglass tub/surround.

Kitchen cabinets and vanity shall be Cascade Crest.

Vinyl shall be Mannington Benchmark.

Carpet shall be Grand Prix frisee' installed over 6lb cushion pad.

Kitchen counters shall be either 12" granite, or 12" ceramic (depending on upgrade option) with matching backsplash; and bath counters will be 6" white, with a subway style tile backsplash.

Vinyl flooring will be installed in the entry, kitchen, bathroom floor, and on the floor of the laundry area and water heater area. Vinyl flooring will all be installed over ¼" plywood underlayment.

Balance of home not referenced above to be carpeted.

Water heater will be 50 gallon capacity.

Range, Microwave Hood and Dishwasher to be Frigidaire or equivalent, in either white or black, depending on other finish items. Can upgrade to stainless.

Interior faucets to be Moen brand or equivalent.

Kitchen sink will be either stainless steel, or granite composite, depending on finish of remaining home.

Bathroom lavatory will be white china.
